Although sales on readings are final, I reserve the right to refuse business if I feel like someone is here to test my gifts or if my Spirit Team warns me to refuse your business. In this case, you will be refunded.

All payments are taken in FULL at the time of your booking.

For Love readings please remember to keep it between us. Please do not disclose that you have had a love reading with me. The reading is for clarity so that you can move accordingly and make the best decisions for your life AFTER you consult with God and Your Spirit Team. Just because you know what you know or have gotten confirmation for something you already knew, that doesn’t mean to go acting irrational or putting your hands on people. 

Some things are simply none of our business or sometimes we aren’t ready for the truth so sometimes the answers aren’t revealed. 

Again please keep in mind that energy is constantly changing so decisions and actions or lack thereof can shift the energy.

If RESCHEDULING is needed, it  is available where time is permitted. However, this would only be accommodated 1 time per scheduled session. To reschedule, clients must contact Mocha via email (listed in previous paragraph) 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read our Terms of Service  for a better understanding.
