SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing requires 2-7 Business Days before your package is actually shipped.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, lost packages, natural disasters, theft or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday - Sunday may not begin processing until Tuesday. If a holiday is on a Monday, processing will be delayed an extra day or two.
All Physical orders $100+ will require a signature.
All orders $150+ may be subject to further verification.

Exchange Possible, if damage is present upon arrival of order.

Tarot Readings can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Client will have to book a new session if client is a NO SHOW or client decides to CANCEL appointment. There are NO REFUNDS for readings.

Products damaged upon arrival, must be reported within 24 hours of arrival via email (tarotpywitmocha@gmail.com)

Images of damage must be sent along with the invoice provided with the order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, at the discretion of the owner, an exchange is also possible as well. This is in support of making sure everyone’s experience is a great one.
